1. No Refunds for Broadband Services

Netspot technologies acts as a facilitator for ACT Broadband connections and does not directly provide internet services. Since all payments are made directly to ACT Broadband, any refund requests must be handled as per their policies.

  • We do not process refunds for broadband installation, activation, or monthly rental fees.
  • Customers should contact ACT Broadband customer support for any refund-related inquiries.

2. Service Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your broadband connection after activation, it will be subject to ACT Broadband’s cancellation policy.
  • Any refunds (if applicable) will be issued by ACT Broadband as per their terms.

3. Refunds for Processing Fees (If Applicable)

  • In cases where Netspot technologies collects a processing fee for assistance (if applicable), refunds will only be considered in case of:
    Service Feasibility Issues – If ACT Broadband is unable to provide service in your location.
    Payment Errors – If an incorrect or duplicate payment was made due to a technical issue.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment with valid proof.
